Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant:

12th Pass / equivalent examination
Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer Training institute before issuance of appointment letter.
Postman Mail Guard

12th Standard pass
Knowledge of local knowledge(i.e Hindi)
Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer Training institute before issuance of appointment letter.
LDC in PAO

12th Class or equivalent qualification
Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer Training institute before issuance of appointment letter.
MTS

10th Pass
Knowledge of Local language (i.e Hindi)
Sports Eligibility

Age Limit

MTS: 18 - 25 years
Postman/Mail Guard, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDC in PAO: 18 - 27 years
Pay Scale

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant: Level 4 in the pay matrix (Rs 25500-81100)
Postman/Mail Guard: Level 3 in the pay matrix (Rs 21700-69100)
LDC in PAO: Level 2 in the Pay Matrix (Rs 19900-63200)
MTS: Level 1 in the pay matrix (Rs 18000-56900)
Application Fee

All the candidates shall have to pay Application fee of Rs 100/- through e-payment in the name of HARYANA CIRCLE SPORTS (Biller ID 70101) at any of the computerized post office in India using fee challan form
Selection Process
The Meritorious Sportspersons shall be selected on the basis of sports qualification

Candidates may send their application in the prescribed format affixing their recent passport size photograph, duly filled in along with enclosures in an envelope addressed to the following Address with superscription " APPLICATION FOR SPORTS QUOTA RECRUITMENT, HARYANA CIRCLE" before the last date either by speed post or registered post only.
