हरियाणा में आईटीआई में दाखिला लेने के इच्छुक युवाओं के लिए बड़ी खबर। हरियाणा में सरकारी और प्राइवेट आईटीआई में अब किसी भी ट्रेड में दाखिला लेने से पहले ही उस ट्रेड के बारे में सामान्य जानकारी और डिप्लोमा करने के बाद उसमें रोजगार की सम्भावनाओं का पता लगा सकेंगे। इससे उन्हें न केवल मनमाफिक ट्रेड चुनने में आसानी होगी बल्कि ड्रॉपआउट की समस्या भी काफी हद तक खत्म हो जाएगी।

This will not only make them easier to choose the arbitrary trade but will also eliminate the problem of dropout to a large extent.

कौशल विकास एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा आईटीआई में संचालित किए जा रहे हर ट्रेड के 3 से 4 मिनट के वीडियो तैयार करवाए जाएंगे। इन वीडियो में सबसे पहले सम्बन्धित ग्रुप इंस्ट्रक्टर और उस आईटीआई का परिचय दिया जाएगा।

उसके बाद वीडियो में ट्रेड, उसकी अवधि और अध्ययन परिणामों की संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी जाएगी। इसके बाद सरकारी-गैर सरकारी क्षेत्र में रोजगार तथा स्वरोजगार की सम्भावना और अप्रेंटिसशिप के बारे में बताया जाएगा।

मूलचंद शर्मा ने बताया कि आईटीआई में दाखिला लेने वाले उम्मीदवार ज्यादातर आठवीं या दसवीं पास होते हैं और अधिकतर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आते हैं। ऐसे में उन्हें किसी विशेष ट्रेड के कौशल से जुड़ी विषय-वस्तु और उसमें रोजगार के अवसरों की पूरी जानकारी नहीं होती।

इस तरह कई बार वे अपने निकट सम्बन्धियों या मित्रों से मिली अप्रमाणित और मौखिक जानकारी के आधार पर ही अवांछित ट्रेड में दाखिला ले लेते हैं और बहुत से छात्र ट्रेनिंग कोर्स पूरा किए बिना बीच में ही संस्थान छोड़ देते हैं। इसलिए इस बात की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई कि दाखिला पोर्टल पर ट्रेड का विकल्प भरने से पहले उम्मीदवार को उस ट्रेड की संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी जाए ताकि उन्हें बाद में कोई दिक्कत न हो।

कौशल विकास एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने बताया कि सभी आईटीआई को ऐसे वीडियो तैयार करवाकर 5 जून तक निदेशालय में sdit.trgvideos@gmail.com पर ई-मेल करने को कहा गया है ताकि प्रत्येक ट्रेड के लिए श्रेष्ठ वीडियो का चयन करके उसे दाखिला पोर्टल और विभाग की वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रेष्ठ वीडियो के तौर पर चुने गए वीडियो के लिए सम्बन्धित इंस्ट्रक्टर या ग्रुप इंस्ट्रक्टर को प्रशस्ति-पत्र भी दिए जाएंगे।

Skill Development and Industrial Training Minister Moolchand Sharma informed that 3 to 4 minute videos of every trade being conducted by the department in ITI will be prepared. These videos will first introduce the related group instructor and that ITI. After that the video will give a brief description of the trade, its duration and study results. After this, the possibility of employment and self-employment in the government-non-government sector and apprenticeship will be told.

Moolchand Sharma said that the candidates who enroll in ITI are mostly eighth or tenth pass and mostly come from rural areas. In such a situation, they are not fully aware of the content related to the skills of a particular trade and the employment opportunities therein. In this way, many times they get into unsolicited trades only on the basis of unproven and verbal information from their close relatives or friends and many students leave the institute in the middle without completing a training course. Therefore, it was felt that before filling the option of trade on the admission portal, the candidate should be briefed about that trade so that they do not face any problem later.

Skill Development and Industrial Training Minister Moolchand Sharma said that all ITIs have been asked to send such videos prepared and send them to sdit.trgvideos@gmail.com in the Directorate by June 5 to select the best video for each trade. The admissions can be displayed on the portal and the website of the department. He said that a citation will also be given to the concerned instructor or group instructor for the video selected as the best video.
